I am often overwhelmed with empathy for my clients who may be grieving the loss of a loved one.

It is my intention to ease this pain with this amazing quote from Rumi poet.

“Goodbyes are only for people who love with their eyes because for those who love with their heart and soul, there is no such thing as separation.”

We are never really ever separated from our loved ones when we live in total awareness of true self as a soul. We are truly really spirit and energy, not our physical bodies.

When we use the words, heart and soul, like Rumi in this quote, it is our brain’s way of suspending the illusion of the body and enter into truth which is our actual essence. Energy.

When we make it a habit to experience soul to soul interactions instead of limiting our interactions to words even when we are sitting right next to another physical body, life gets magical in that there is no such thing as separation. Ever
