HOW I QUICKLY BECAME A TOP REALTOR & LIFE COACH

My father passed away when I was only 9 years old causing me to start my Self Mastery journey to emotional intelligence very early in life.
In my teen years, I read the book, Creating Affluence which opened up the world of manifesting and quantum physics.

In my early 20s, I became hyper focused and passionate about business finance and making abundance happen in every category of my life.

Having obtained a State license to trade commodities, I started my financial career with CIBC Oppenheimer assisting the commodity private client group.

Less than 2 years after that and obtaining 5 more state licenses. I manifested the top producer for Merrill Lynch commodity private client group to ask me to join his group. 

This was one of the most exciting fast paced times of my life. As a young woman who was able to nail down her career path so early in life, and sharing with others what I knew about manifesting, thereafter securing higher paying positions at Salomon Smith Barney, AG Edwards then in my own local Brooklyn neighborhood branches of HSBC Brokerage bringing two failing bank branches to goal in only half the time, I knew I had to help others do the same.

I was hired by HSBC to learn the bank side of client services, and to help branches which were currently failing to meet their goals. This came so easy for me. In less than a year, I was able to help fast track those branches to exceed their annual goals. This was no accident.

I pride myself in a special kind of infectious mindset which produces high levels of motivation, positivity, and an overall good energy throughout any organization which I am in charge, and helping people around me to raise their energy as well. 

Client satisfaction and truly understanding a person’s specific needs is not only a priority but it comes naturally to me. 

After I manifested my husband, yes you read that correctly, together we manifested our first home.   I gave up my whole career to put my full attention on loving and nurturing our son. The manifesting was just getting started. 

We went onto have two more wonderful sons and became a big loving manifesting family in search of a larger home with more property, nature and wholesome environment. Remember to ask me how we manifested our home. Ask me how my son drew the exact house we live in. Ask me how my youngest son manifested a grand piano. Ask me all of these questions when we work together. It is all part of my guidance.

It was here where I experienced the process of buying a home from the perspective of the buyer. 
There were many needs throughout the process I noticed were ignored, overlooked and disregarded with regard to client services. I wanted the realtor to be just as urgent, passionate and ready to find our new home as we were. 

The totally “avoidable” stress levels were through the roof.

I realized there were many things this realtor could have proactively done to prevent this stress. After we were settled in NJ for a few years, I had the desire and inspiration to take real estate by storm with superior client service and positivity just as I had done as a financial advisor.

I didn’t only study which homes sell faster and why, but I decided to obtain a very unique designation which would creatively provide a huge advantage to my clients. Home Staging from the level of Feng Shui was one area I found to be of tremendous value. It made sense that our surrounding creates a feeling and that we can create the exact feeling a buyer wants to feel to buy a home! The ideas in Feng Shui focuses on creating balance allowing the rooms to flow, to manifest the best first impression to the buyer and marketing a home’s best features.

I then studied very early on how advertising was shifting more into social media and obtained expert elite private training in this area. I knew this would multiply the exposure for my clients home sale to be marketed online using every single social media platform targeting qualified interested buyers. Added Value and Manifesting successful outcome go hand in hand!

I studied the art of negotiation reading many books including one from a former FBI agent hostage negotiator. What better way to learn negotiations than from someone who has lives at stake? From this course, I embodied attributes that foster incredible cooperation in negotiations.

I looked at creative ways to PREVENT problems from things like home inspections as well as appraisals BEFORE they even have a chance to happen. In my blogs and guides found in this web site, you will be able to educate yourself with what I teach.

I studied which lenders offer the best rates and service and ever changing special programs.

I studied which title companies offer the best white glove service, which attorneys offer the best attention, speed, communication and representations.

I aligned myself with  home inspectors offering  the highest level of knowledge and are able to interpret their reports in a simple clear comprehensive manner.

Once I received my Real Estate State License, I quickly became a top producing realtor and I am currently continuing to take on new clients with a high focus on my unique process and a very high focus on client satisfaction.

Fast forward to now!

Ever thought Manifesting/self-mastery and relocating could be a package deal? Well, hold onto your moving boxes, because I’ve repeatedly made it happen! 

The last designation I have acquired is Life Coaching. Over 500 hours of sessions and training with people al over the world!

The most recent client I can report working with me just ended a romantic relationship and hired me for this package deal. She went from devastated to utter zest for life in only a short month of working with me! I teach my clients to create their own mini miracles and eventually become their own life coach. 

Why is this so important in real estate? Because what you focus on and how you feel is an actual frequency. Keeping you on the frequency that matches your desired outcome by teaching east techniques to my clients actually helps me to manifest their relocation success!

Knowing the inventory is truly key!

I wanted to be able to truly give my best to my clients by knowing all of the inventory and immediate response time which greatly minimizes the stress of buying and selling a home.

I quickly developed skills like pricing homes accurately comparing which homes money can buy in different neighboring towns in several different counties to satisfy a buyer’s wish list. I often broaden their scope to more options and locations or if they want to focus solely on one specific town, I hyper focus on that one area. There are so many intricate details to analyze such as location, busy roads, square footage, shape and size of lot, condition of home as well as size, updates. Demand for that area is so important to know as a realtor.
