What can I say about Joanna? After we met with other top agents who all seemed great, we saw Joanna on an ad online and sent her a message because she seemed different in her approach. Without hesitation after speaking with her, we quickly hired Joanna to sell our house! She is definitely a unique agent that strategically sells your house and suprisingly her car plate also says that which we thought was great. She had prepared our house in way like 5 star resort. She went way beyond than an ordinary real state agent would do and had staged the house that will attract many buyers. She even did photos with drone and did narrated video. When our friends who always came over in the past reviewed the online photos, they were amazed to see how the simple steps she did helped turn the house into a completely new feeling and seemingly a completely new more desirable house! Joanna did an excellent job managing the process of selling my home from start to finish. I have sold 5 prior homes, using realtors each time. Joanna was much more involved in the process than all others. Some highlights: * She actively planned out the process of decluttering my home and then professionally staging my home to optimize the first impression. * She advised on strategic spending in the kitchen and on the roof as well as some landscaping cleanup in order to optimize curb appeal, improve the wow factor, and minimize perceived costs by Buyer. I ended up investing about $10k into the house before putting it on the market, but then we listed the house $25k higher. * In addition to local marketing,, she actively marketed the house to NYC to take advantage of demand from New Yorkers interested in central NJ. * She connected me with vendors needed to simplify the process and to resolve minor repairs needed. * She organized all in-person showings so that she could directly market to each potential Buyer. She coordinated multiple offers on day 1 of showing the house resulting in a price $10k above our asking price. * She closely coordinated the post-sale phase to nip potential issues in the bud. She helped negotiate away Buyer's requests for credit through the inspection process. * Because I had moved out about a month prior to the closing, there were a number of activities needed in the house that she handled for me in my absence. This included covering our pool, hiring and coordinating an exterminator inspection, coordinating a few minor inspection repairs, and shipping packages. Throughout the process, Joanna was fun and friendly, and maintained a friendship beyond the deal. Although she has good interpersonal skills, she did get tough with vendors to ensure she was protecting my interests. And her follow-up skills were very strong. All in all I would recommend Joanna Renner to handle your deal.

She has really good strategies to both attract and find a best buyer other than just putting it on the MLS. She advise us and personally staged our house with all her own accents and inventory to make a great first impression to what the buyers really like I today's market plus we loved her taste as well! She was present for and promoted all the open houses herself to bring in perspective buyers from many areas and accompanied each buyer throughout the house explaining all the key upgrades. The other agents told us they would send other agents to do these key things. We did receive a reasonable offer right away but she advised us to hold firm and wait for a better buyer for a better price and terms. Not once during the process did she try to get us to lower our price, instead she encouraged us to be patient for the right buyer and she worked harder. In speaking to our friends who sold we realize this is really rare. She truly was there helping us every step of the way, through every obstacle advising us of the smartest responses and the best steps to take which were to our advantage. Joanna is phenomenal. As a first time homebuyer Joanna made the process seamless. My wife initial contacted Joanna regarding a listing my wife found and Joanna was able to also coordinate viewings of other listings same day. After going over what our specifics were for the ideal home, within one day of viewings with Joanna we found the home of our dreams. Joanna is super detail orientated and knows how to narrow in on her customers expectations and goals. Joanna also works with a unified and cohesive team that she recommended that made the mortgage, legal, and closing processes go smoothly. We closed on time according to our contract which exceeded our expectations as well as well the expectations of friends that have also gone through the home buying process that were surprised how well and on time we made our closing date. When we met up to see the home she took the time and initiative to set up additional viewings. Once she knew what we were looking for in a home she made another appointment for a viewing. Once we got to that house my husband and I knew this was the home of our dreams! Joanna found our home in one day! The home was everything we were looking for and so much more. 5 stars are not enough to rate Joanna. As a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed. The first agent I reached out to never responded to me. The second agent I found seemed ok but did not take the time to listen to my needs. She would send me houses I either couldn’t afford or did not meet the criteria of what I was looking for. Feeling lost, I took to Zillow and decided I would just start going to open houses. That is when I met Joanna. She was the listing agent of a house in keyport that I thought I might be interested in. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised of Joanna’s overall attitude and positivity. We both agreed the house was not what was perfect for me. I say perfect because that is what Joanna strives for. PERFECTION. The home of your dreams. We sat and she actually listened and took into account EXACTLY what it was I was looking for. By the next morning I had email after email of listings that actually met what I was looking for. Very refreshing. Any house I told her I was interested in we went to see that night. Not many agents make that kind of time for clients. Finally one morning I found the house of my dreams on Zillow, by happen chance. It was 715 in the morning and had just been listed 15 minutes earlier. I called Joanna immediately, we saw the house that night and I had an offer in the next morning. The offer was accepted the next day! Joanna walks you through every step of the way from making the offer to ALL that comes after that. A lot goes on between having an accepted offer and actually getting to closing, but Joanna is on top of everything every step of the way, making it as easy and painless as possible. A lot goes into being in a position to make an offer to begin with, as well. Without Joanna I’m not sure I would have been able to be as prepared as I was to be in a position to make an offer and go through all the ensuing steps. She has all the answers and never stops until you are satisfied. Joanna truly wants what is best for her clients and anyone would be wise to use her services. She is someone I am now happy to call a friend.

If you are considering Joanna to list your house, all you need to do is meet her in person and you will understand why no one else can come close to what she is all about. I had my home with another realtor and was very unhappy. My friends in the development knew I was unhappy so they highly recommended Joanna Renner and she did an amazing job on my sale! Not only did she stage my house, she also stayed very late staging with a handy man to change my chandelier to a more modern one, and my faucet to a trending new style which buyers loved. Her staging really made a huge difference. The energy in my home felt different. Happy! But more importantly Joanna, respected my time. She was able to group showings so my home would not be a revolving door of showings because of my work schedule plus having a large dog was not easy! This respect and courtesy was much appreciated. This is an enthusiastic recommendation for Joanna Renner's services. She was very responsive. She either picked up the phone when we called or called us back soon after we called. She listed and sold my mother's home quickly. My mother had lived in her New Jersey home for 55 years. My mother had to give it up because she had become arthritic and needed a simpler living situation. I live in Michigan. My sister lives in Idaho. Joanna was there for us every time we didn't know what to do. She arranged her schedule and was on hand for workmen coming to the house because we couldn't be there. She researched our questions when she didn't immediately know the answer. Trying to make arrangements for the movers and sale of the house from several states away could've been very difficult but she always had a solution every time she told us of a new development. For example, the buyers wanted a metal door in the garage and when she told us this, she had workmen that could do it for a reasonable price. Joanna was very considerate of my mother, who didn't want to move. Workmen were scheduled at my mother's convenience. Problems were brought to me first and there was a real effort to always consider my mother's feelings. I also felt that she managed to minimize the number of things we had to do to the house. She did a lot of brainstorming and tried to anticipate problems so that we could discuss our preferred solutions before the problems occurred. For example, she had lots of decorating ideas and various ways to sweeten the deal for the buyer and wanted to know which ones we would be willing to do ahead of time. This allowed her to offer the item if the buyer seemed interested at the right time. Joanna did a great job at finding a buyer quickly that was right for our situation and that took a lot of the stress off of us. If you need an energetic, cheerful, "real person" type realtor, then I recommend that you see Joanna Renner.
